Project Description
The Indigo at Champions Ridge project is a 300-unit luxury apartment community located on a 17.8-acre site at 6515 Ronald Reagan Pkwy, Davenport, FL 33896.
The development consists of 300 apartment units in ten (10) three story apartment buildings; four (4) 6-bay garages; two (2) 5-bay garages; one (1) clubhouse with fitness room, lounge area, and pool area; one (1) maintenance building with dog wash; one (1) mail kiosk; one (1) pump room; and one (1) trash compactor enclosure. Amenities include: two (2) pavilions; two (2) courtyards; dog park; and three (3) grilling stations.
Construction is wood frame with fiber cement siding. Roofing consists of architectural style asphalt shingles. All building slabs are post-tensioned concrete, on grade.
Interior finishes consist of painted drywall walls and ceilings, and a mixture of luxury vinyl plank flooring and carpet in units.
The kitchens have ceramic tile backsplashes, and the bathrooms will include ceramic tile on the shower walls. Granite countertops are installed in all kitchen and bath areas. All units have stainless steel appliances with a full-size washer and dryer.
