Project Description
With over 174,000 square feet, Starling at Nocatee Independent Living will offer 140 unique apartment homes, ranging from spacious one to two-bedroom residences. The residences will feature high-end finishes, including stainless steel appliances with full-size refrigerators, tile showers, stone countertops, and decorative cabinets. Focusing on an active 55+ market, residents will have access to resort-style amenities including restaurant-style dining at multiple venues with indoor and outdoor dining.
The community will also feature a dedicated wellness suite, spa, salon, fitness studio, art studio, internet cafe, theater, and billiard room.
